Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Transit & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (processing + transit)

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Charges

  • flat $20 shipping fee per order applies.
  • No hidden charges are added at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand in the future.

Tracking & Notifications

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
  • Once shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details during checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, returns, or additional shipping costs.
  • If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, we will review the case and may request additional details.
  • While we cannot guarantee compensation for packages marked as delivered, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We ship only to valid street addresses in the USA.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
